Q1: How much can I actually customize?

A: We've got three levels:

White Label:Pick one of our ready-to-go bestsellers.

Customize a Formula: Tweak an existing product to fit your needs.

Full ODM: Create something entirely new from scratch — we'll help with everything from the formula and scent to the bottle, cap, and packaging.

Q2:Are your facilities audited? Can we conduct our own audit?

A: Yes, our facilities are ISO 22716 certified. We welcome potential and existing clients to conduct their own audits, either in person or virtually. We are transparent about our operations.

Q3: How do you ensure consistency between batches?

A: 30-40 days in our normal season, and 45-50 days in our busy season (September,October and November etc).

Q4: Where is your Loading Port?

A: QINGDAO.China Port.

Q5: What are your payment terms?

A: Normally, 30% deposit and balance T/T against copy of Bill of Lading .

Q6: Can I get a sample before placing a large order?

A: We offer paid sample kits for customized products. The cost of the samples will be deducted from your first large order.

Q7: What is included in your quotation?

Our standard quote is FOB. That covers the product, packaging, and getting it ready to ship at our port. It doesn't include international shipping, insurance, or import duties.
